As we mentioned, a pair of our Vintage Winter skis were used in an "action shot" in the hit CBS show Scorpion on December 19, 2016!
The episode is about Team Scorpion's Christmas Eve electronics-free mountain getaway that turned deadly when they come across gun runners. The crew creates a "Home Alone" scenario when they are faced with some bad guys who have guns and the Scorpion crew does not! They used several household items and created some effective traps for the bad guys, the skis being one of them!
Here are a few snapshots of the episode where they used the Vintage Winter skis they purchased. You can first see the skis hanging up above the window as décor. They decide to take them down and attach them to the wall by the kitchen door. Then they use the ski as a slingshot for when the bad guy comes through the kitchen door. Very cool! This is a great show and we are so excited they could use our product!
